ORDERING
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal and Amazon payments. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers or debit card payments.
HOW SECURE IS THE ORDER FORM?
All personal information including credit card data is processed securely through a 256-bit SSL secured web page. Your information is encrypted and sent directly to the credit card providers' network where the transaction is authorized and approved. Your credit card information will not be stored on our servers.
HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL AN ORDER?
If for any reason you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours after your order has been placed. We reserve the right to accept or decline an order at any time, or any portion thereof, in our sole discretion.
Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be cancelled.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
We will send you an email containing your tracking information as soon as your order has shipped. You may also track your order from the Track Your Order page. Typically, you will receive the tracking number within 1-3 days after processing your order.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE PROCESSED?
All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse in China. Please allow for extra time for your order to be processed during holiday seasons.
We process orders between Monday to Friday. Please allow for up to 16-20 business days for you to receive your order.
WHICH SHIPPING CARRIERS DO YOU USE?
For United States, orders are processed through the USPS Postal Service. For Canada, orders are processed through Canada Post. For Australia, orders are processed through Australia Post.
WILL I BE CHARGED WITH CUSTOMS DUTIES AND FEES?
The prices displayed on our website are will include taxes in US Dollars. Customers are liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order.
Import taxes, duties and related customs fee may be charged, which are determined by your local customs office.
Payment of these charges are the customers' responsibility. For details about charges, please contact your local customs office.
HOW DO I GET FREE SHIPPING?
All orders over $50 automatically qualify for free shipping. Orders $49.99 or less will be subject our $10.95 standard shipping fee.
RETURN POLICY
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
If you are unsatisfied with your order and wish to return it, please contact us within 7 days from your order delivery date. Refunds after 7 days will not be accepted. Please email us at sales@goticklemepink.com to submit your refund request. Each return will be manually processed by our customer service team and you will be notified if the return is approved.
Please note all returns must be in the original condition with packaging intact.
WILL I HAVE TO PAY THE SHIPPING FEES FOR RETURN ORDERS?
Yes, all return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
WHAT IF THE ITEM ORDERED IS DEFECTIVE, INCORRECT, OR DAMAGED?
Please contact our customer service team within 7 days from your order delivery date. To expedite your claim, please include photographs of the product. We will process all claims as soon as possible to ensure you receive a replacement item free-of-charge.
HOW LONG DOES THE RETURNS PROCESS TAKE?
Due to the large amount of daily orders, processing returns may take up to 14 business days from the date we receive your returned item. We will notify you via email to confirm that your return order has been processed.
HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
All refunds will be credited to the original form of payment. Refund times are generally issued within 7 to 10 business days after we receive the returned item. Please contact your card's bank to inquire when the credit refund will be posted to your account. Due to varying banks, it may take up to several weeks before a credit is issued back to your account.
WILL I BE CHARGED A RE-STOCKING FEE?
Customers will be charged a re-stocking fee only if they cancel an order after it has been shipped from the warehouse. We will charge a 15% re-stocking fee.
